Happy Friday everyone! Or should I say "Happy Forgotten Friday"? Every (almost) Friday I share some kind of cool abandoned, deserted, or otherwise forgotten piece of civilization that we've came across on our travels.
Today we have a cool cemetery we came across in the western part of Ireland last year. Some of the graves were from the 1700's, and some were from the early 2000's.
What really caught our attention, though, was the ruins of the church that was inside the confines of the graveyard. It was of the perfect amount of disarray.
I wish I knew the name of the cemetery, or could even remember the name of the town and location. I believe it was on the Wild Atlantic Way and the ocean was right to our backs... that's about all I can recall.
