(33.1000) Former Malaysian leader Najib called for anti-corruption organization
Former Malaysian leader Najib Razak has been summoned to appear in front of anti-corruption authority next week. Rajak was summoned as part of anti-corruption campaign in the country. Najib (64) political allies accused of corruption have been severely defeated in the May 9 elections. Najib has alleged allegations of embezzlement and trafficking of the government owned billionaire company of the WMDB.
After the defeat in the election, Najib was banned from Malaysia and the police last week seized huge cash, ornaments and luxury goods from his house and other places. State-owned Bernama News Agency said that Najib was ordered to appear before the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MSC) on Tuesday. Referring to the source of the MSC, Bernama said that he was called to the MSC office on Tuesday to discuss his allegations regarding SRC International.
One MDDB associate organization. SRM International was a collaborative organization until one of the direct financing of the MMM in 2012. Najib was also in charge of the Prime Minister and Finance Minister. Investigation against Najib is underway on the allegations that hundreds of millions of dollars have been unsuccessful from the SRC.
