• Finally Formula One is back again . As usual Formula One season starts with Australian Grand Prix . What a comeback from Team Ferrari . Sebastian Vettel won the very first race of the season . Lewis Hamilton was the favorite to win the season opener but he finished in second position behind Sebastian Vettel . Sebastian Vettel's Ferrari team mate Kimi Räikkönen finished the race in third position behind Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton . Red Bull team were not far from them as they finished fourth and sixth with drivers Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen respectively . Fernando Alonso finished 5th with Mclaren honda car . N.hulkenberg 7th , V.Bottas 8th , S. Vandoome 9th and the tenth position was claimed by Carlos Sainz Jr.

• This year the fight for the crown would be amongst Ferrari , Mercedes and Red Bull . I hope Fernando Alonso surprises us with a miracle from his Mclaren Honda .

• Daniel Ricciardo could have become the first Australian driver to reach podium at AusGP.

• Sebastian Vettel claimed the hundredth podium of his formula one career.

• Carlos Sainz Jr although finished in tenth position , he was about to vomit during the race. As stated by him , he had issues with the water pump for the first ten to fifteen lap in which it squirted a lot of water which Carlos Sainz Jr consumed and was about to vomit . Fortunately he did not gave up and finished in the tenth position .
