Here is an article talking more CFS trying taking a native mother kids away in Canada I posted the video early on in my steemit and I wonder what became of her case.

The article is about a confrontation with CFS and police and it was recorded on video. At the time of the article was written the video was shared over 2,000 times on facebook and had almost 4,000 hits on YouTube.

It now has 11,711 views at the time of this article.

The article quotes the mother as "This has gone on too long with these people taking our children because of … their ignorance. It’s pretty ignorant that I have to be treated like this" and "You know I take care of my children. I don’t drink. I don’t do drugs. What’s your problem?” “What is it? What is it?" And the CFS worker says back to her.

The article seems to detail an altercation caught off video for unknown reasons and is quoted as "Don’t fight,” the officer says.
“I’m not fighting I’m going next door,” the woman yells. “I’m going next door. I’m not fighting.”
“Enough. Enough,” the unidentified officer says.
“No,” she says.
“Enough,” the officer replies.
“Let go of me,” she screams.
“She hasn’t done anything. Let her go,” another woman says."

I wonder what happened here as this mother used the one party consent law to her advantage. And was trying to take a stand against the machine known as Child and Family Services.

I put this article here only to quote it as it is quite relevant. The article is about CAS whicg is CFS in Ontario. The article is quoted as "1. With virtually no checks and balances, case workers have “as much power as God,” in the words of one former social worker. And they use it according to their diverse subjective impulses;

1. Children in care have little voice. CAS actions often are shrouded in secrecy, and media investigations are chilled by CAS lawyers, who claim to be protecting the privacy rights of all involved. Children in foster and group care typically do not have adequate access to the Office of the Children’s Lawyer. Too often, “confidentiality” protects the powerful, not the vulnerable.

3.CASs are funded per capita. This creates a financial incentive for taking children into care. CASs receive extra funding for children diagnosed with conditions requiring medication — a fact that creates other unhealthy incentives."

Recording proof of misconduct is the only way to deal with these people who almost always act with impunity as the have little to no "checks and balances."
