#FosteringRoundUp as our new tag has been replaced after a comment which can be seen below.

@beyondordinary pointed out that a product was what first came to mind.

As we were trying to give the image of gathering in community, we have changed the tag we will be using to #GardenShack

Introducing The Gardener Shack

Fostering A Gardener The Garden Shack is a mentoring program set up by @goldendawne. I was honored to be her first fostered gardener.

Here's what being fostered offers...

I will be working with, offering support (whether with post ideas, formatting questions, or whatever the gardener needs advice on). The fostered gardener will also receive 100% UPvotes from me throughout the week.@goldendawne

This week of mentoring greatly helped me advance towards my goals. I gained a new friend and access to her experience and wisdom.

My posts began earning more consistently with her 100% upvotes and exposure to new audiences. I improved on core skills and watched as my confidence and Steem Power grew.

As the week drew to a close, we began talking about what's next. I am by nature a facilitator and strongly believe in the importance of building community. In chat, @goldendawne pitched me this concept.

... another great twist and idea for the fostering program... as one foster week ends, every previous person should act as a support system and continue on...hmmm thinking

#GardenShack

My main objective is to ultimately have EVERY fostered gardener supporting the others; which in return helps everyone involved. from commenting to UPvoting (When you can) and redeeming, by having all these gardeners supporting each other we can grow the group and continue building momentum; as well as each gardener's reputation and SP. It's a win-win for all!

In a nutshell that's what #gardenshack is for. A tag within which the ever-growing group of fostered gardeners may build community, build relationships and build Steem.

I would like to personally invite the Fostered Gardeners who were chosen after me to use the tag #gardenshack to build community and support one another.
