Mustard is a group of plant species of the clan Brassica used or leaves of flowers as a food (vegetables), both fresh and processed. Mustard includes some species of Brassica that sometimes resemble each other.

Sawi bitter has a shape like a bud like a flower that has not bloomed. Actually, mustard greens do not have the same shape. However, the mustard greens have a rather short stem. Meanwhile, the mustard stem is not bitter enough long-sized. Hence, the bitter mustard looks 'more attached' than the mustard is not bitter.

The size of the two mustard rods is also different. Compared to barley stems that are not bitter, bitter mustard stems wider. For the leaves, mustard greens have leaves that are thick enough. Different from the mustard leaves are not bitter and thin easily crushed when cut.
