This rich plant that you see in my post is one of my favorite medicinal plants along with that of yerba buena. I live in an apartment, but she has a place on my little terrace. when I feel without physical forces, headache or stomach, she is my ally, when I prepare my succulent lunches, she is my favorite drink, I mix it with good grass and ice, I pass it to the blender, a little lemon and that's it . It is also a tremendous digestive. When I maintain her, I talk to her, I put fertilizer on her, I water her and I know she will always be there for me. I recommend this little plant and medicinal plant, some call it Mexican mint, Indian oregano, witch's oregano.
Esta rica planta que vez en mi post es una de mis plantas medicinales preferidas junto con la de yerba buena. vivo en un apartamento, pero, ella tiene un lugar en mi pequeña terraza. cuando me siento sin fuerzas físicas, dolor de cabeza o estomacal, ella es mi aliada, cuando preparo mis suculentos almuerzos, ella es mi bebida preferida, la mezclo con yerba buena y hielo, la paso a la licuadora, un poco de limón y listo. además es un tremendo digestivo. cuando le doy mantenimiento, hablo con ella, le pongo tierra abonada, la riego y se que siempre estará allí para mi. les recomiendo esta esquita y medicinal planta, algunos le dicen menta mexicana, orégano indio, orégano brujo.
