Hi friends Today again I come with another healthy recipe using Foxtail Millet.
Foxtail Millet is one of the most fiber containers millet. On taking this millet in our daily diet we can reduce lot of problems in our body. On taking this we don't get any hungry until evening.
This is an amazing source for diabetic people too. Because it reduces glucose to our blood very slowly so we keep our blood signer consistently. So add this millet in your daily diet.
Today I give amazing dish using this foxtail Millet. Just follow my steps for getting amazing healthy recipe.
If you have very serious about maintaining your body weight or reducing your weight just use this millet instead of white Rice. You see amazing changes in your body behavior with in Ten days. Keegan taking this with in Three month you reduce your weight upto 2-4 kgs.
It's not possible to prepare instenly using this millet because it's structure is very different than others. So we must sock upto 6 hrs before preparing any dish using them. If we Doak then it cook maximum 20 minutes time.

For preparing this we need 1/2 cup foxtail Millet, 11/2 cups water, 1 table spoon gee, 1 cup mixed vegetables, few mint leaves, salt as required and biryani Masada things like Patta, cloves, bay leaves,...
Now we see how to prepare this fish, just follow me steps.
For this first we soak this millets in warm water of 2 hrs.
Then heat the pan add gee then add all dry spices, fry them until they turn brown.
Now add all vegetables from them well, now add required ginger garlic paste, for spicy ness add chillis with it.
Now from them well u till they cook. Now add 11/2 cup water with it, wait until they bubble. Now add millets which we soak before. Now add required salt too.
Now sim the stove until it cook well. Now wait up to 20 minutes. Check now if it cook well, stove off. Then leave it unto 7 minutes.
Now it's ready to serve, it is best with any Rita. Now enjoy this dish with your friends and family members..
