Une petite deuxième pâte Vegan simple à faire en 5 petites minutes!!!
J'adore cuisiner en 5 minutes
Les ingrédients vont comme suit:
15 ml Huile de noix
1 Gousse d'ail
3 Champigons coupé fin (max 5mm)
½ tasse Tofu ferme coupe similaire au champignon
½ tasse Fève noir
40 ml Pesto
1 portion de Pâtes
Laisser doré l'ail & les champignon dans l'huile, ajouter le tofu, continuer à doré finir avec les fèves noires
Retirer du feu, ajouter les pâtes chaudes, le pesto et bien mélanger
Valeur nutritive

Et bien des recherches archéologiques nous ont permis de découvrir que la fève était très répandu au Proche-Orient ainsi qu'autour de la Méditerranée autour de 6 et 7 mille ans avant J-C. La fève était d'ailleurs grandement consommée à Rome durant l'Antiquité. Le pesto directement relié à l'Italie, alors pesto & fève noire = Romain 😁
