Quaint and charming Colmar looks like something right out of a snow globe. Its architecture is well preserved and when blanketed by snow, the entire city seems to sit in peaceful silence.

I love European gothic and renaissance buildings. I've just checked that town on Wikipedia. Architecture there looks great, e.g. Maison Pfister or St Martin's Church. Definitly goes on my bucket list of "places to see"! :)
