Fake logo Made a company lose $3 million -news

This logo was supposedly a design for a tutoring home which an education company found intriguing.

Later on they purchased the tutoring home and company for $3 million but little did they know it was all fake!. The fraud has not been found and the lawsuit is still pending on the message company that authorised the recognition.
