Today I had a frustrating experience. Yesterday someone named Eli Perez took out a loan on Xcoins for the amount of $63.39. Today I received a message from Xcoins and Paypal stating that "The Borrower reversed a payment for this transaction".
Xcoins also included a dispute Text stating:
"Dear Case Manager:
The buyer, Elie Perez, is attempting to commit FRIENDLY FRAUD by filing a fraudulent chargeback. I have conclusive evidence that the buyer has authorized the payment and received the product on time and as described.
The payment was authorized. The buyer made the payment through the site XCOINS. He/she submitted a photo of himself holding a sign with the word "XCOINS" on it. He also submitted his photo ID to verify his identity. Additionally, he confirmed his account at the site by email. The buyer's IP address was analyzed and determined to match his billing address.
The product was delivered to the buyer, as indicated by DELIVERY CONFIRMATION (attached). The buyer accessed the website and consumed the product on 03/31/19 at 05:15 pm PST.
Elie Perez was a client at the site since 03/13/19. He/she placed a total of 12 orders, but disputed payments for only 2 orders.
The buyer did not make an attempt to contact me, did not ask for a refund, and did not try to resolve this dispute with me directly.

The text had my name already pre-typed to assist me with the claim.
Xcoins also provided dispute instructions stating:
1.Log into your PayPal account.
- Click "Resolution Center" near the top of the page.
- Click "Resolve" in the Action column.
- Cut and paste the Dispute Text in the field.
- Attach the Delivery Confirmation as supporting evidence.
Xcoins also sent a delivery confirmation and a loan agreement both with pictures of the loan recipient and The loan recipient holding a copy of his photo ID.
Long story short I was able to get a complete refund from PayPal for the funds that Eli was trying to take fraudulently.
My opinion of Xcoins just went up. I thought a good bit of the site before but expected much less service than what was delivered. The fact that Xcoins was so helpful and that I was able to get the $$ back as a result is comforting. Shown below is Mr Eli Perez:
