Steemit.com Made It to a Prime-Time TV Show on a National TV Station in Romania

Yesterday evening, half asleep, I was zapping through the channels on the TV, without a clear target.

At some point, it seemed like I heard "steemit.com" being pronounced. Nah, it couldn't be!, I said to myself. I spend to much time on Steem and I start making strange associations, I thought.

But no, I wasn't. Steemit website was on the screen of the TV! And the name of the website was pronounced, all at a high-rating TV show, in prime time. Imagine my surprise!

The topic was not steemit.com! You can't have that kind of (seemingly) free publicity without paying. It was a post on steemit.com. And they cited the source and showed the post.

Care to guess what type of post was that?

If you thought it was an in-depth analysis of some sort, you are wrong.

It was a picture. Nothing else but title and picture! So, not what would be deemed as quality content, right? Yet it made it on a national TV station, in prime time. And with it, steemit.com.

And I'm pretty sure whoever found it has no idea what Steem is. They just found it organically, searching for something in Google.

I made an effort to remember and found that post this morning. It's about a monument of corruption from Denmark. Since it can be controversial, I won't put the link here, but you can easily find it if you search for it. I recently received a downvote from an EOS hardcore fan (who downvoted pretty much everyone who wasn't impressed by Voice), so I'll stay away from controversy for a while. ;)
