Breaking Heartbreak ! - 5 simple ways of moving on

Most of you here may have been into a relationship which didn't end well for the both of you. You maybe sad right now. You may have soaked all your pillows with never ending tears. You may have questioned yourself,"Am I not worthy?". Instead of asking yourself that question, why don't you change it to "Is he/she worthy?". And, the answer is a BIG NO, NO !

Most of us go through times like that. Crying and being in pain is a normal reaction to being hurt. Afterall, you are a human and to be human is to be able to express feelings and emotions. However, if you let these emotions eat you out, then that's a totally different story.

So today, I'm going to share some of the most effective tips of overcoming the pain and breaking heartbreaks until you'll be able to smile and see the world's goodness again.

First: CRY
Crying is the most effective solution of eliminating all the hurts, pains, and grudges against that person. So, cry as much as you want but never let your tears drown you !

Second: SEEK FOR FRIENDS AND TELL THEM YOUR STORY
Tell your friends how badly you've been hurt. Tell them everything which includes how you broke up and who cheated from whom. You'd be surprised of how well they'd understand your situation.

Third: DELETE ALL THE THINGS THAT MAKES YOU REMEMBER THAT PERSON
When I say delete, this means erasing all the things that reminds you of that person. This includes the stuff he or she gave you during anniversaries, the contact number, and even all the bad memories ! This may be the hardest thing to do especially if you've come a very long way but believe me, you'd be thankful and relieved. Somehow, it would feel like a part of the burden is gone, for good.

Fourth: MAKE YOURSELF BUSY
Go and discover your hobbies and likes ! You may try writing, or blogging ! You may also go into adventures with friends and if you like, you could go alone just to find and have a very good time with yourself. Do everything to make your time count. Go productive and set goals to make.

FIFTH: IF YOU'RE READY, GO ON A DATE
This only applies if you're ready enough to make your heart fall in love again. You must think that the person who hurt you is not the only person who would love you. Always remember that there are billions of people around the world and each one of us has that one person destined for us.
