White people. Black people. Whatever people. Sometimes they think about "policy" from the lens of how it impacts different races.
In the short-term anything that happens will impact different races differently, sure. Because race correlates with different amounts of money and geographical locations etc. But in the long run (💓 the long run) I'd say it's pretty non-sensible, actually probably racist, to think that whatever policy is best for people of one race wouldn't be the same for people of another race.
Violent interventionist busybody Keynesians will impulsively disagree with that, because everything they believe is predicated on aggression. It's always about one group of people battling and being at odds and coercing their will against another. So "policy" in that case will always affect different groups differently. (Because "policy" really means "form of violence".)
You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'd like to inform these thugtards that there actually is no group of people who is best off by not being free.
