Jerk Face in steem land is someone who does this, says "Thanks" to everyone and then goes and upvotes his contribution to the steemit eco-system...... way to go buddy! IMG_20180104_160558.png

Thanks...

Given by your passionate, misdirected anger...I can tell that for some reason, this is bad. Since I'm not a level 1,000, know-it-all jerkface, I have no idea why that's a bad thing. But your jerkfaceyness is making me care less and less as to why this is a bad thing.

Perhaps if you tried a different approach to, politely, educate me...I might listen and care.

Please pretty please with a cherry on top, could you perhaps refrain from contributing to the draining of our beloved reward pool.

Would it not be better to reward and support good quality content with that vote.

In all my time on steemit, I have never had any beef with anybody, yes I over reacted but I was slightly offended by your making fun of my spelling mistake, as it happens I am dyslexic and I never had an education, it takes me hours to write a post and yes sometimes I make mistakes.

Then I saw that you were upvoting your one liners all over my page and that was it.

I am pretty sure that 99% of the time I conduct myself in a honorable manner here on steemit but for some reason you really pushed my button.

Hey see! Now this kind of reply I can work with. Now, as for myself, I've never heard of "hodl" and assumed it was a joke or something. Wasn't trying to offend...just thought it was clever. And as to the reward pool, I still have no idea really what that is or how it works. To me, these upvotes are like pixie dust magic money. I just thought, maybe it's tacky to upvote my own stuff...but who cares? So, now I know it comes from a reward pool....though I still don't know what that really is or how it works. But at least I know it's not just tacky...it's...umm....greedy to the community? Whatever, I kinda get it.
