Those batteries are serious! The radiator idea might work, but I would think the additional equipment may introduce more points of failure- including flooding near the power source.
You might want to consider building a concrete root cellar. Not only will it provide a cool area for the batteries, you can also keep the mining equipment cool and maintain temperature and humidity with proper ventilation.
