How to overcome the cult of "money" and the addiction to it

What is a religion? A religion, in terms of how I define the term, as well as with regards to how I’ve seen most religious people behave and interact in general, is a blind belief. That’s all it is.

What is a cult? A cult is a group of people clinging to a blindly held and often rigid belief system, while directly or indirectly attempting to coerce or deceive others into joining it.

What are the two most widespread cults in “modern” society? Before all “cultural” religions, before all artificial impressions, trivia and “localized” social conditioning, before all other forms of indoctrination – all of which which are actually meant to propagate the main two beliefs that still a majority of people let themselves blinded by. Those two cults, which are ultimately one and the same (a cult of evil), revolve around the erroneous and retarded beliefs in “government” or any other form of so-called “authority”, which are just euphemisms (or, rather, emasculated terms for slavery), and “money”; with the latter being the tool that ties the “mommy” (cultural religions) and “daddy” (“government”) aspects of the slave farm that is our current society.

Which we can easily overcome, if we so choose. Everything is always a choice, and the choice is always ours to make.
I’ve spoken about the other two in other articles, and in this one I’m going to elaborate upon the idea that money, both as a notion in itself and in practice, is completely and utterly worthless.

• How does one determine “value”?

Take note that I am not referring to the “belief of value”, but rather to actual value that is as it is by virtue of itself, wholly independent of opinion, belief or popularity. In other words, the intrinsic value that something naturally has (which is technically infinite, but that’s a different conversation).

Let’s look at a fruit. It has its own properties, some unique to itself and others shared with other fruits, plants and so on, all forming a unique combination that we call “that fruit”. You pick that fruit fresh of a tree, which you have grown in your garden. You pick that same (or same kind of) fruit from the farmer’s market for about a couple bucks. One was free and devoid of monetary value attached to it. The other was “bought”.

Put the two pieces of fruit side by side, and you’ll find that they are roughly the same in terms of nutrition, properties, content, genetic and energetic structure, etcetera. At least, in terms of what you’ll be using it for. In another context, maybe you’ll pay double, triple or more for a GMO and pesticide ridden, nutritionally deficient and basically long-term poisonous, monsanto-nized fruit bought from whatever supermarket actually sells that shit. You spent “more money” on it, but it’s actual value is far less than the natural, home-grown and organic variants.

Let’s go further and explore things like an individual’s spiritual, heartful, mindful, mental and emotional fortitude, knowledge, comprehension, courage, skills and so on. All of which are not only infinitely “valuable”, but are rather beyond the very concept of “value”.

Let’s say you suddenly teleport to an unknown area, in this world or another. Doesn’t really matter where, for this example. Point is, the area is completely unknown to you, at the time of arrival.

What would you rather have with you? Which do you think is more important? A big-ass briefcase full of all the money you’d ever want to spend, many lives over? Or skills, knowledge, fortitude as well as an ability to learn, see and comprehend things, feeling and thinking both on the fly, as well as in contemplation?

The latter option is obviously infinitely more preferable, both in and of itself, as well as for the context in question. In actuality, having that money with you would likely be an impediment, if you’d be distracted by it and would still cling to it “in case you ever get back to civilisation”. Which, varying by where you are, may not even accept your “money”; or may try to steal it, etcetera.

What won’t anyone ever manage to take from you though? Your spirituality, intuition, intelligence, everything that has to do with YOU! That’s exactly the answer. That is something that nobody and nothing ever “gives” or “takes” from anyone. Why? Because it is intrinsic to US! Each and every single one of us. Both as individuals, as well as infinite and unlimited consciousness, etcetera.

• There is no intrinsic value in “money”

In addition to the more spiritual and philosophical stuff, let’s talk about why money is completely worthless in “practice” as well. Well, first off, if it’s shit in theory, it’s going to be shit in practice. Secondly, do your own independent research on what “federal reserve banking” means.

The short of it is, you print “money” out of thin air without any gold, silver or any other backup, or you just release more “dough” into the market through typing a bigger number on a computer screen. Boom. Instant money. Charge interest (you “owe” more than what you’ve received). Inflation galore. All federal money is loaned on interest. That is why there is always much more debt in circulation than there is money to pay for it. In actuality, federal money is debt. That’s also one of the main reasons why federal economies collapse. Aside from them being centrally orchestrated scams, I mean.
As an aside, I don’t agree with a number of things that Mark generally presents, but I find his work to be actually valuable enough to share, by virtue of itself.

• Remember yourselves

Money is ultimately a puerile, obsolete tool that has only been an obstacle, in and of itself, and has long been used as a means of trying to get the masses to enslave themselves. Money is just a bribe to try and get you to forget who you are, by dangling a shiny trinket in front of your eyes. It’s the cheese on the rat trap. The sugary ointment that the unwary fly gets stuck in. The carrot dangling in front of the donkey’s eyes, obscuring its view. Yank that shit away and look within, as well as around.

Look, fair enough, I still use money and I’ve yet to go fully off-grid – an endeavor for which I’ll be using money (or, more specifically, the stuff that I’ll buy with it). I’ll probably still use money even after that, so that I’d help other people as well. That’s about it, though. I have no attachment to it whatsoever, and it is never a “goal” in my life. It’s a tool that I recognize as a chain around society’s ankle at this time in human history, and one that I use in such a way that aids me in doing whatever it is that I came here to do, part of which is spreading the message of freedom out into the world.
In a way, it’s like breaking off the shackles, but still using the chain as a weapon, until such a time that we destroy the prison on an aggregate level as well. In our current times, money can still be used as a tool for positive reasons, but it should never become a purpose. That also applies to all actual resource-based wealth. If anything, use them as tools for good, but don’t be blinded by them. If you put the tools (or anything else, for that matter) on a pedestal, you not only no longer use them effectively (if at all), but you also lose sight of the purpose for which they were made.

Remember the purpose. Remember yourself, your own ambitions and do what is right, no matter what.
One day, we will look back at these times in history and ask ourselves “what the fuck were those guys thinking?!”, when looking at how slavery was ever even a thing, along with the two cult belief systems that kept it in place.
One day, our species will free itself completely. Well, I mean, I/we are all and always free and freedom, and all this beautiful stuff, but I meant in the sense that our species will remember that more consciously and thoroughly, to and well beyond the point of ending slavery. The sooner or later we’ll live such a future, rests on what each and every single one of us does with their lives, right now. Why? Because both esoterically and exoterically, I and we all and always create our own reality. Everything has meaning. Every breath we breathe, every thought we think, every thing we feel, and of course, what we choose to create, how we do it and why.

Remember…

Nobody and nothing has a higher claim to our lives than we do.

There can be no “chosen” ones. Only we can save ourselves, and only we are responsible for doing so. All suffering is self-inflicted, and all evolution and elevation are self-facilitated.

Freedom is never given. Freedom is never taken.

I/we are all and always free and freedom, imagination, will and intent… infinity, unlimitedness and veyond… among other things…

Why, how and what we choose to manifest, as with everything and everythingness, is always a choice, and the choice is always ours to make.
