It is all tied to Operation Mockingbird.

    CIA becomes the more intelligence organization in the world and the second is ISI but CIA is weak in Covert Operations . CIA is also working at the back of all american search engine. It is because they want to have approach to every person. NASA is also working with the CIA.

      Well that would explain why they want to much surveillance.
      Never made sense that a corporation just suddenly took interest in knowing every little thing about you for marketing sake.
