 ALL GOVERNMENTS THAT HAVE CENTRAL BANKS ARE BANKRUPT, so they CAN'T exercise any sovereignty over you. They gotta have a CONTRACT, such as your Birth certificate. Which results in a CORPORATE DEMOCRACY, as opposed to a dejure Republic.
