Funny name for a form to change a "Person's" name

Maybe some of those Freeman on the Land, were on to something. Rob Menard here is some evidence for you.
Found this info and took screenshot when I was looking for changing my name in the province I was born, and Turns out I am a Corporation, Legal Fiction, Strawman, to the Provincial Government. Any lawyers want to explain this shit?
