The lace of her dress is the accent of everything. It completes the dress and as soon as she slips it on she knows it’s the one. The first time she did this her grandma and mother were with her. Now she had her best friend. Walking out she felt confident and assured, beautiful even. Her friends face confirmed exactly her thoughts.

“That’s the dress. He’s going to fall in love with you all over again.” She said. The stylist agreed. This was the dress.

That day her friends gathered at her house, hair done, they began their makeup as they talked among themselves about everything any anything drinking champagne and enjoying each other’s company. The time came that she had to get into the dress. She called for two of her closest friends to help her into it. They helped her wiggle in and zip the back. She felt complete. “Your beautiful.” They said looking at her in the mirror. “Ladies you have to see this, are you ready?” One screamed to the rest of the group while the other gathered her train and followed behind her. As soon as she rounded the corner everything got silent. “Oh my God.” Broke the silence and then they all came alive. “He’s going to freak.” “If he doesn’t cry I’ll kill him.” “You’re so beautiful” she wasn’t used to so many compliments at once but she took them with a smile and a blush to her cheeks.

The moment came that they had to leave the house. They all gathered in one of their vehicles and made the five minute drive to the venue for pictures. They were taking pictures at the water fall across the street from the venue where there was a small park and gazebo. When walking up they saw the “unofficial” groomsmen gathered, “Wow, you look beautiful. You all do.” They said but there was no sign of her husband. He was the last to arrive with his son in tow looking like a mirror image of himself. He walked up slowly, eyes on her, he wrapped her in his arms and kissed her “Wow.” One word and she whole world is complete.
