We've all seen graffiti similar to that above. When is graffiti acceptable as street art and when is it an eyesore or worse done by vandals?
It can be a hard question. The scrawls above would be vandalism in many people's eyes. However, the authors are probably proud of them.

But the bird above is pretty cool, isn't it?
As with everything, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
We mustn't be too judgemental.
Holy beans, that bird is gorgeous. I wouldn't mind having it painted on my house, but then again, I love colorful bright things. I wouldn't dream of painting it on someone ELSE'S property though!
