I go for the prompt 'black sheep' and read this one after I posted mine.

Once a black sheep always a black sheep?

It's hard to be the black sheep if people only see the negative sites and can never say something positive. It makes me think. Indeed it's a way of bullying one you can't fight if you are that black sheep once and cannot get rid of that label.

An intriguing article written by @reinaldoverdu

I did not know this contest is still running here! Are you the moderator?

@wakeupkitty moderates/posts the two contests for the FreeWriteHouse. This one and 'A picture is worth a thousand words' on Fridays.

Will you join?

I hope to! I thought they'd been discontinued on both chains.
Thanks for doing them!

wakeupkitty offered to help and jumped right into it. so grateful! I hope you will participate here on Steem and once we get going on Hive again, there as well :)
It would be great if you can support the contests here with your vote for the participants!

yes I will! I've been overwhelmed the past few weeks.

I hope I am in time.
I am recommending one my favourite freewriter here which is @wakeupkitty.

https://steemit.com/hive-169911/@wakeupkitty/check-it-out-freewrite

Above is one of her freewrite using @mariannewest prompt.

With the prompt she use it to write a short story. A conversation between a couple I believe, where the man wants to buy something that is related to computer online.
This scene seems familiar to me though
Where a friend have the money to buy but doesn't have the confidence to buy online herself.
I like the sentence, 'separate bank accounts mean nees to pay by herself.' This is true and should be practice except perhaps they ask for help and promise to pay back.

She can write almost anything using a prompt in my opinion. Gave her one prompt and she can write stories, poem, experience, diary and a lot more.

She can relate everything to just one word. The first time I read her, I am amazed on how she can write a lot with just one prompt.

The days before I met her, freewrite feels like a tons of difficulties for me but she keep on encouraging me and giving me ideas and tips on how to do a freewrite.

Now, freewrite is a fun thing to do and I like how it occupied my mind while doing it. It is thanks to @wakeupkitty, one of my favourite writer that does not only write but also engage well.

Thank you for reading and recommending me. I just ramble on and am sure you can do that too. 😘

At the moment this contest started there wasn't much to recommend yet. I told myself I would come back later to read what is new.

Prompt lion's tale

"You better not step on a lion's tale" this to me new Steemian and freewriter wrote. Next she tells us why it's better not to. The lion...all there is in his head is... food! He lives from one meal to the next and if you step on his tail....

"Better not step on a lion's tale".. because this sentence is repeated it reminds me of a poem, a lyric (song) in a way. What happens if is made very clear.

https://steemit.com/hive-161155/@thepeaceace/lion-s-tail

Thank you @thepeaceace for the good, in a way, funny freewrite.

I hope you join this contest too.
Welcome to Steemit and the freewriters.

#onepercent

Awwwn, thank you so much,I’m glad you liked it.

I hope you will participate and find a freewrite to recommend here as well!

I definitely will

Another recommendation of mine...

"No one likes to be near mother"... that sentence is good enough to read on. Is there something wrong with mother or is it Anne? Does Anne makes life worse because she's mother's favourite or... because she's a control freak?

I strongly advise you to read this one. It's well written, an easy read and gives you something to think about plus... you can read how it ends.

Prompt: sunflower.

There are more freewrites written by @felipejoys and it would be good if you read him because it is a joy to do so.

The flies did not stop flying around the delicious nectar that rested deposited in the bag. That was a delight to her, and her instinct for her fly kept him from doing anything else.

The bad thing is that she was bothering me all day, and that happens because I live in a building that has right next to the front door of my home, the waste chute. So I am exposed to all those toxic animals, and foul smells from garbage

I love how this Freewrite writes. If not that I'd seen the title of the writeup I would have though I was reading about something else.

Ok I've seen the title but on reading the 1st two paragraphs I clicked back to check if I had mistakingly opened a wrong page.

It's amazing how this writer draws one in, because I was drawn in.
It's absolutely amazing and the picture is breathtaking makes me picture the arabian deserts. Well done @reinaldoverdu

These freewrites are the best, those you need to search for the prompt.
Thanks for joining. We gave you an upvote.

I read through so many of the freewrites this week and this one here caught my attention.

Here the author @reinaldoverdu shows a person who is addressed or seen as a black sheep, but refuses to believe he is one.

He is conscious of the fact that people are more interested in the negative side of him and so he strives to make his positivity outshine his negativity.

Yes he is seen as the black sheep but he believes in himself that he can be better, he believes in himself that someday the blacksheep would become a white sheep and not just a white sheep, he shall become the whitest of them all.

Thank you for reading freewrites. We hope you commented on what you read too. Please, keep in mind to nominate freewrites which can be upvoted at the time the winners are announced.

You did not leave the link to the freewrite!

I did leave the link but you can still see it again here

I read and recommended this one right before you. It has something to think about indeed.
