I'm hoping my dog will stop barking. Not, like, right now. Because he's quiet right now. And not in all circumstances.
But I would like it if he could remember the people that we've welcomed into our house, and, when it's quiet time, not bark from right next to my head.
Bark is on a tree. Well, some trees. Not the poor trees that have been de-barked, though. Those are sad trees indeed. Raw underskin exposed. Bloody stumps.
Woof.
Oops. I'm as bad as my dog. Scary how scary my bark is. Don't worry, my bite is a lot nicer.
Ha. That reminds me, someone said to @loch, "Yes, drink your milk so you can grow up big and strong like daddy."
I'm not very strong.
I did one day of the #seven77 challenge. Haven't been able to get the video to upload. If and when I do, I will put it on @loch's account. I did one day, and the next day, I was like, WHY DO I HURT ALL OVER?
And then I remembered. That pain followed me for two more days.
Also, I must use a lot of stomach muscles/my stomach is especially weak, because that was where the soreness lingered.
Anywhoodles, I've tinkered on long enough. I hope to soon be able to be more fit.
But nothing ever happens by hoping alone.

It's very normal to feel some cramp in the body after the seven77 push up. uploading the video is the problem for me, by the time I use my phone to record, I will be grossing 500 mb which is a lot of data here to deal with.
