What is a super food?I do not know what it is I imagine something tasty and well prepared something satisfies our needs and gives us happiness at the same time, something that is prepared with love and imagination, flavors, textures, colors and shapes are combined.

            I think your dupergood looks and tastes better as most they sell here in the Netherlands with the name on it. Not prepared we mainly talk about dried berries and dome kind of grains. 😞
