Well-Being
The time that we are living in is full of myths of the promise of living as long as we could out of a normal age limit. We are being informed about what we should and shouldnt eat, what do we have to do to lose weight and what to buy to make us look good.
They are setting the standard and we have to pay with our hard-earn money to satisfy not ourselves, but the people around us. The society.
These things are no guarantee to work.
The true well-being does not stuck within the notion of power, brands and money. It is about the well-being of your inner self. The calmest, the less suspicious-about-everything attitude. We are what we think we are.
The inner vibration eventually leads to other with similar frequencies. If you vibrates towards good, good will come to you.
But this logic is very hard to apply to our friends that have less good fate in all those countries in conflict such as certain african and middle eastern countries. Being born into the middle of conflict, it is very hard to change by just vibrating positively.
Perhaps the frequency needs to change on those who are causing the conflict.
This was more than 5 minutes because I was sleepy and had to walked around to wake myself up. When I finally feeling better I had to re-write few stuff because, you know what you end up saying when you are half awake haha.
Gotta make this a daily habit! Recently learned that film-making started with good writing and Im a film fan and would love to learn what I can about the trait.
