Awful Boss

Surely we don't want to have a awful boss
scary as a ghost
because he can only govern
no exemplary or concern

When all energy has been drained
still told to work overtime
all he knew was that the task was complete
all he knew was that he was right

don't want to hear criticism or advice
all must be willing to provide service
without any compensation
all want a change of vision

making a comfortable workplace
until all the work will be able to face
work with pleasure
all can be measured

with good performance
work together as a friend
become colleagues who support each other
to get the goal better
