We'll kick off the group with a quick training session hosted by @mariannewest on Zoom. We'll review how we'll communicate and coordinate readers and writers, go over the unique review process, and discuss what makes good feedback. Then we'll go over how to submit manuscripts for review.
It sounds like a lot but it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes.
We're all over the world so I don't know if it's possible to find a time when everyone is available. But I'm proposing:
February 25 or 26 at 1800 UTC.
If you can make either or both of those times, could you comment below and tell me your preference.
I promise it will be fun and painless!
There will be a recording, but it'll be more fun to attend live.
The first book will be available for review shortly after the training.

I'm very sorry, and knowing that it would be very difficult to participate at first, I shouldn't have sent in my application, but I really would have liked to be part of the group.
The main reason is my bad and expensive internet connection, recently there was an adjustment in the cost and I am with a very limited use and I only have a decent connection at dawn. At 1800 UTC it would be impossible to participate, but my limitation goes beyond that and I must accept it.
That's why I want to ask you to take me out of the group, I can't commit to you.
I will continue to be very attentive to your work, I have always liked to read, especially science fiction and I am currently trying to read in English to improve my vocabulary and comprehension. I still have to write, the day to day takes a lot of time and the situation here ends up drowning my thoughts and my creativity.
I really wish you the best of success in this project, I will be supporting you in every way I can, greetings and I really apologize for this.

@darthgexe please don’t back out. The intention wasn’t to push out those who have spotty (and expensive) internet connections. I knew some of you wouldn’t make it because of that so it’s ok.
The training will be recorded so you can watch it back if you have the connection for it. Also the instructions will be emailed too - and if you have questions you can ask them anytime in a comment on these posts or directly to me via email or discord.
I’ll remove you if you want, but I would love it if you gave us a try to see if you’re able to work with us via email. You can let me know anytime if you need to back out. No pressure on you at all.

And yes, I would like to try to work with you in that way, although things here are currently very unstable and in the remainder of the month I will not have internet at home, but I will eventually connect from my mother-in-law's house.

My situation is very similar to @darthgexe concerning the expensive and quite poor internet connection, but since there will be a recording, I guess I will have to opt for that. 26th is fine.
