INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups of cassava flakes/flour
  • Ten pieces of Okra
  • Ten pieces of tomatoes, 5 pieces of pepper and 1 onion
  • A full spoon of locust beans
  • A chunk of meat and a small piece of cow-hide
  • 5 table spoons of Palm oil.
  • A pinch of salt and 3 cubes of a seasoning like Maggi cube

NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT CAN EAT IT = 3

METHODOLOGY
1.Boil the meat and cow hide.
Blend the pepper,tomatoes and onion together smoothly in a blender and pour in the hot palm oil on the fire. Add salt, the cubes and other seasoning for taste.
Add the boiled meat and cow-hide. And cook well for about 30 minutes.
( The stew is ready)

  1. Cut up the okro into small pieces, put in pot of water about 1/3 full and add the locust beans. Allow to steam for about 5 minutes, monitoring it at all times because it foams.
    Add a cube of Maggi, stir well to dissolve, then drop.
    (The okro soup is ready)

    Note: okro has numerous minerals and nutrients that do your body alot of good.
  1. Into 4 cups of boiling water in a pot, add the three cups of cassava flour and stir continuously until it forms a paste, keep stirring until no dry flour can be seen.
    Serve !
