Friends are special in Life

Today here we celebrate Friendship Day and I always enjoy this day. With God's grace my life is filled with abundance of friends and all very special and dear to me. My life revolves around my friends, they are very important for me. My family is very small but my friend circle is huge and that fills up the gaps of a smaller family.
Friends are the people who are not blood relations, these are the people that we choose in life and they are as per our preferences of people that we want to have around us so they will always be special. Having good and genuine friends is surely a blessing in life.

I am not a person who keeps calling and texting my friends regularly, and my friends know this, they accept this part of me, they never try to find faults with these habits of mine. They do make fun of me saying that I am like a gin who keeps disappearing and comes when needed or called....hehe. Yes, but I will always be there when they would need me. I guess these are relationships of unconditional love and understanding, there is no ego in pure friendships. We accept each other with their strengths and weaknesses and all the flaws. If we keep finding faults in them then that's never a genuine friendship.

A lot of people have come in to my life quoting as friends and trying to take advantage of me in some or the other way, these types of people also we can make out, because their behavior will show, and they will never be happy with your progress in life. I just withdraw myself from these types of people completely even if they are of any benefit to me. This is one of the purest relationships that God has created and to manipulate with it is not the right thing to do.

I am so happy that this time I am in Mumbai with my friends on this special day. Last night I went out with my friends for dinner, we had a wonderful time dancing and enjoying. Oh, not to miss, I fight a lot with my friends. If I do not like something, I express it very clearly and communicate, I never sit quietly and let those silent tensions build up. I speak and clarify matters. If I do not, then that person really does not mean to me anything. It's not good to lose a friend so it's best to sort out differences if there are any and move ahead.

Life is beautiful when you have good friends around you.
