I'm sad.
I found out this afternoon that my Steemit and FB friend @xntryk1 has been diagnosed with Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease and will probably not be coming back to either platform. In fact, he is being put on hospice.
It wasn't many weeks ago when he first started having problems, and it progressed rapidly.
He has been one of my most loyal supporters and best online friends over the years and it hurts to know he's going through this. He's a really good guy, and even his ex is devastated.
You are appreciated, Mark. I wish I could fix it.
