you can get the veggie whopper without the sauce to make it vegan because its the only one where the bread is vegan apparently and its decent enough (granted, i was drunk and had barely eaten all day when i had it lol) but the vegan options, fast food or not, in france are practically non-existent! 😔
the sauce is vegan as well as everything else, but it’s still technically not vegan either way, as they cook the plant patties with the meat on the same grill! the vegan royale is vegan though!
i think they can only call something vegan if its cooked on a separate grill! thats why the vegan royale is vegan but the whopper isnt!
but its already so much better than in most countries coughs france coughs where you have to take out ingredients to make it plant-based 😅 i am amazed at all the vegan options you guys have when i go to the uk! its a vegan paradise!
Also the plant based whopper is so popular amongst real meat eaters as well! And I’m fine with that, if a meat eater or anyone chooses a plant based burger, cooked on the same grill or not; it’s a win for them animals either way.
Also at least mccydee fries where you live are vegan. They used to use beef fat here in the states, but then they switched to veg oil cuz it's cheaper.
