Hi, a 'Frikandel' is the name of a fried piece of meat, commonly eaten in Belgium and Holland. Though frikandel is a Dutch word, i think it's mainly used in Holland. So i would suppose this is just another coin from Holland. Just wait and see ... couldn't find anything yet either.

      Thank you so much for kind reply. I guess there is not much information in english on it. But, it is strange probably many people would have got these tokens. Hope its not gonna fry our wallets :p
