I have decided to only eat fruit. This is great as I do not have to cook and can eat right away. I save so much time doing this. I basically buy watermellon and cut it up into chunks for convenience . Then when I have my 6 hour eating window, I can eat the watermellon and oranges, apples, etc.
My body loves the fruit as it is natural and easy to digest. Fruit has fiber for my easy digestion. There is no guess work for my body to digest so no upset tummy.
Be careful. I used to think I needed to eat loads of fruit for my health untill I later discovered the bananas, mangos and other sweet fruits I was eating were why I kept getting fatter and fatter and suffered energy burn-ups all the time. Now the only fruits I eat are blackberries, blueberries, avocados and the types of fruits most people consider veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc).
