Ah I know these as Lychee, I got some at our local market almost 10 years ago and saved a seed. I planted it and now I have a 8 foot tall tree!

The fruit is really tasty.

      Unfortunately it has not fruited yet, still just grows alot of leaves. I love the color of young leaves, a golden red that turns green over time. Such an amazing plant.
