Hello steemit friends, this is my participation for the Fresh Fruit Juice Challenge contest promoted by @chetanpadliya through the hashtag #fruitJuicechallengey and sponsored by @krazykrista and @officialfuzzy.
Today I bring you a fruit juice with vegetables that is very traditional in Venezuela very delicious, besides bringing many benefits for the body and great nutritional values. But with the particularity that in my preparation I will not add water or refined sugar (sweetener that is widely used in my country and highly harmful to health), It is an orange juice with carrots and beets.
Come with me to elaborate it.
We select the following source ingredients:
3 oranges
3 carrots
1 beets
As tools for its preparation we will use
- Cutting board
- Brush to wash fruits
- Knife
- Centrifugal juice extractor.

Attention: As a recommendation they followed the following: wash fruits and vegetables to be used with plenty of drinking water and remove all dirt from vegetables with the help of a brush. And cut the ends of the vegetables, Wash all utensils to be used and Wash your hands well.

Although I know that in the shell of some fruits and vegetables there is a large amount of nutrient, I only share this practice only when the fruits and vegetables are of organic origin and these fruits were acquired in a local market and I do not know the harvesting techniques to which they were submitted, so we must remove the cover.

The next step is to extract the juice from the oranges, in my case I do it manually, and we place the carrots and beets in the centrifugal extractor to extract the juice from each one.

For your presentation, we serve in a glass of your choice and decorated with a slice of orange.

As additional information I mention some of the nutritional contributions of its ingredients:
Orange is a fruit with a large amount of vitamin C, in addition to containing minerals such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus.
The carrot , for its part, stands out for its content in beta-carotene and for being a good antioxidant, it is also rich in fiber, calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin C, folic acid
The Beet , contains among its minerals Iron, folic acid, folates.
