This looks so rich and creamy! Love the mushrooms, I haven't come across those, good flavor? Beautiful presentation:)

    Yes, these mushrooms are my favorite meat replacement - not that I would miss meat after not eating some for twenty years now - but some dishes get more interesting with something flavorful and meaty coming with it - like a risotto for example! Thank you for your support!
