How delicious are these and how adorable is your cat. I think she was just making sure you are doing good job, lol. Well she doesn't know that I am in charge of that and I think you did absolutely marvelous job. These muffins are incredibly appealing and clearely mouthwatering. I only wish I could have one or two 💖😊💖

Thank you Lena. If only I could send some over

Looks like a great recipe. We're excited to see anything with bananas! 😁 🍌

Haha! It's a great use of them

I've always loved Muffins especially those with chocolate (even the dough made of chocolate)
And I used to always spend money on buying them as I had no idea it's so easy so actually make them at home. For that matter I'm thinking to try and make some by myself too, that would make me save some money. I just have to find a recipe with only chocolate muffins but I'd gladly try this recipe first :D

That sounds like a good plan!
You could always add some cocoa powder and chocolate chips to the mix to make it even more chocolatey. Though you might need to add some non-dairy milk for some extra moisture as cocoa powder is going to make it drier. Alternatively, a bit less flour to make space for cocoa powder.
Good luck!

Oh wow, excellent! Thank you so much ♥️

They look super yummy. Brown bananas are the best and that chocolate with it is perfect.
What an elegant kitty!

When Isabell made these at home today, I was the happiest ever when I got to try them. Sooo incredibly yummy 😋

I have tried making banana breakfast muffins at home with some leftover bananas, and i am an amateur at best. These muffins look stunning and i will give them a try. Thanks for sharing yoir recipes. Also, photos are amazing.

Resteeming for the benefit of my vegan friends.

Thank you!

I am always a fan of a tasty muffin! And I definitely vote cacoa as a fruit. ;)

Now I know what I'm going to make on Sunday when we got visitors. This is going to be delicious!

Yummy those muffins looks so tasty chocolate and banana are always a winner:) i never used flax eggs i will have a look into it! I love the photo of your cat who seems to want to inspect your work:)

Thanks. I prefer flax eggs than chia seeds or anything else really to help with the binding.

I didnt know chia seed can do that that is good to know:)

Yes, same principle as flax seeds. It is just a preference thing I think

Oh that got my mouth watering! I could almost taste it with your beautiful photos and I never knew cacao could be considered a fruit - never would have thought of that for the Fruit and Vegetable Challenge. Oh that naughty kitty but I sure enjoyed the photo. Thanks for sharing!

thanks for reading!

I see it looks so simple when you've taken me through, simpler than I thought.

I see the choice was short that you had bananas, chocolate and also about to travel,so you chose those muffins.

They look nice and sweet by their colour and the black chocolate.

thank you. yes, we're starting to clear out our cupboards, so some things had to go (in my tummy) :-)

Oh my giddy aunts! These look so delicious, you've got my stomach rumbling- and it's 11pm here... and I'm craving muffins ;)

Can I just check - at which point do you add the "flax seed eggs"? I've never cooked with this before... is it counted as wet or dry ingredient?

Once the cat has left to hunt pigeons in the garden...

Made me laugh so much!
Think I'll be having a go at these at the weekend- thank you for the recipe!
E x

Haha! That is how it always starts...you just fancy one muffin.

You add the flax egg to the wet ingredients. Make sure to leave the flax seeds and water for 10-15 minutes. It is usually the first thing I do and by the time I've gotten through everything else that I can prep, they are gooey and ready to be added.

Delicious, and chocolate is a fruit, of the cacao tree ;p

I really like how your personality come through (even in a recipe!) Your sense of humor, your cat! Thank you for sharing this with us on steem!

Ha! I knew it! :-) and thank you!

I mean, technically its a byproduct of the fruit, and wikipedia doesn't want to admit that it counts as a serving of fruits for the trusty food pyramid, but along the lines of things we tell ourselves, I think this one is pretty scientific ;p
