Here is my entry
I took a picture of
- Calamansi
- Malunggay Leaves
- Banana
Calamansi
I bought these yesterday. I can use the calamansi for making sauce (soy sauce+calamansi+ chilli= yummy sauce). I can also make calamansi juice by just slicing and squeezing some calamansi. Then just add hot water and you're ready to go. You can also add some sugar if you want.
Malunggay Leaves
This leaves are very powerful and helpful for us. Some benefits of eating malunggay leaves are it can boost our immune system and fight infections.
Another thing you can have it in your backyard, because it easy to plant.
Banana
My friend said to me that eating banana can help to reduce cramps, especially when you're in the swimming pool, we are prone to experience cramps.
And I have read some trivia last time that the skin of the banana can be used to shine our black shoes.
