This week with our HONORABLE GUEST JUDGE @proanima who is the 1st PRIZE winner for her delicious recipe FILLED TOMATOES WITH QUINOA AND LEEK CREAM SAUCE. As I mentioned before, this lady is not only a very talented recipe creator, but also a wonderful gardener, using lots of home grown fruits and veggies in her recipes. I can't believe it's Monday again, it seems like it was only yesterday that I was writing my last #fruitsandveggiesmonday post, time passes so fast!
I love the color of that hummus, we all need something pink in life, right? 😉I've never seen anyone making hummus without chickpeas, so this black eyed bean version is really intriguing!
