Fruits&Veggies Monday - Merengada of Protein with Cambur and Spinach

A happy and blessed day for everyone especially our friend @lenasveganliving for giving us the opportunity to participate in this contest.
Next we will start the preparation of a substantial protein snack that we will carry out today.

Ingredients
. 1 cup of liquid milk if skimmed better
. 2 changers
. 2 tablespoons of oats and flakes
. 3 spinach leaves
. 1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation:
Place a cup of skim milk in the blender, add the two tablespoons and the two tablespoons of oatmeal, then the tablespoon of honey, if you like it add nuts or almonds. These would be great since these nuts provide a large amount of vitamins including antioxidant and fiber.

Once all this is liquefied serve in a glass

And so our protein snack is a super easy and very nutritious recipe, I recommend it to people who like to do sports after an exercise routine.

This is a wonderful recipe @luis149, unfortunately, milk is an animal product, so please use plant based milk in the future instead. You can choose soy, almond, coconut, hemp, cashew or hemp. Thank you for understanding and please read the rules HERE
