Been ages since i haven't taste jicama. Missing it! Crispy and crunchy. When we were young, we ate as snacks in the school, we just pour a bit of vinegar and a dash of salt and its fantastic.

My mom made this jicama salad and put it in containers to eat at recess for my brothers and for me at school just like this recipe, pleasant memories there is no doubt.
