RECETA - "Ensaladilla de berenjenas"

Hola a todos ¿Qué tal estáis? Hoy tenia pensado hacer unas berenjenas rellenas, pero el corte no me salió del todo bien y destrocé un poco la piel, así que al final mis berenjenas rellenas acabaron siendo una deliciosa ensaladilla. ¿Quieres ver como me quedó y como la hice? Sigue leyendo.




INGREDIENTES
  • Berenjena
  • Zanahoria rayada
  • Chucrut
  • Maiz
  • Atún
  • Mayonesa


  • Primero salteamos la berenjena en la sartén con un poco de aceite y sal durante 5 minutos.
  • Luego añadimos el resto de ingredientes y le damos un par de vueltas para que se templen los ingredientes.
  • Ponemos todo en un bol y añadimos la mayonesa.
  • Ya tenemos lista nuestra ensalada templana de berenjena ¡Deliciosa!
