This is my brainstorming session on a SOLUTION to the World Wide Catastrophy Disaster, The Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant Melt Down and Continuing Radiation Problem. I will continue to research more about this broad problem. I am not the most current on todays situation. A cure would be wonderful, in the meantime we need the right solution.

Idea
Protect the ocean by constructing a water Dam and a tailings pond which becomes the new shore line of the damaged reactor. The reason is the contaminants are leaking into the surrounding earth, and going into the ocean and going out to sea. Maybe the island under sea level needs to be reinforced?
Idea
Can an oil like coconut oil contain the problem. Coconut oil is solid at room temperatures and liquid when warmed. Can it or a similar product be used to contain and suspend the dust particles? Hit it with cold to re solidify it after it has consumed the dust.

Solid (cold) Coconut oil does not mix with water so it may be able to act as a barrier between the contaminated earth and the manufactured tailings pond if a massive amount is used to fill part of the manufactured pond like an underwater glue patch. The oil should be solid if submerged in the tailings pond water. Will it hold to the side of the island? Maybe an Underwater rebar skeleton is needed. Expect the Patch will need to be maintained after construction.

Include HYDRO and WIND and SOLAR power for a massive REFRIGERATION SYSTEM to encase and cool the entire damaged reactor. Can this idea work for cooling the damaged RODS? Contain the reactor in a refrigerator or freezer.

Install a Salt filter system to filter the tailings pond water. The idea is Converting it to a usable material to cool the RODS. Pump the water back to the reactor to help cool.

Build a second manufactured dam to contain everything again double protecting the ocean.

How do you contain the radiation? If you can make the tailings pond idea a fresh water lake between the ocean and the reactor can the lake be frozen and maintained that way? Would this help?

Contain the contamination from leaching into the earth.
Build a moat around the damaged reactor and fill it with a non penetratable substance. ? Frozen Coconut Oil ? Inject under the ground below the reactor to create a barrier to contain the problem under the reactor.

After the radiation problem is managed, can the loose radiation energy be harnessed with a device that can power the refrigeration system?

Can the heat radiation from the damaged nuclear rods power a engine like a locomotive steam engine to work a heat exchanger (heat pump) which could cool the reactor?

Manufacture radiation barriers and then install them on site.

Idea

Wind-up power. (Like wind up cars for kids.) Spools that can be wound, creating tension like a wind up spring. Used in place of batteries in applications like solar panel power storage. Several could be used with a transmission switch that would change to the next spool. They wind up like a tension spool with a spring. Once it is completely turned all the way there is a stop to hold the tension until needed. Such similar ideas can be seen with the old Toys technologies in the Starcom Space sets as well as Transformers Zone characters Roadfire and Sonic Bomber from Japan. A friction motor seen in Tonka Hot Rod car toys has a release button after the motor has been wound. The car speeds forward. Another example of this is a wrist watch has A small knob that winds the gears inside applying tension to a spring. The spring tension powers the wrist watch until it is needing to be wound (turned) again. This is a source of renewable energy which can also be stored. When you pull the small knob on the watch it disengaged the winder and engages the hand adjustment. Solar panels could power the hand turning aspect of the wrist watch dials to power other needed powered items.
Questions
-Is this a usable solution?
-What is the worst case scenario should this solution fail?
-Is the radiation too hot for the solution to work?
-How long will the solution work?
-What aspects are necessary?
-Which parts need to be adjusted for this solution to work?

Notes

I am not a scientist so do not take my words literal, they are only suggestions. My wish is to get the correct solution in motion. After watching the work done on the new manufactured cover and installation over the Chernbyl Power Plant Reactor in Ukraine to contain the Nuclear Meltdown Site there I am hopeful that we may be able to remedy this big problem in Japan.
