I hope he means 30 minutes. It would be very helpful to know if it is needing to wait 30 minutes because it is overheated and should not be started or if he needs to wait 30 minutes because it just cranks and will now start. If it overheats on long trips I would be looking at a thermostat or maybe a fan cutting in and out where as if it was a crank no start condition after getting to operating temp that is a crank position sensor a lot of times. The devil is in the details a lot of the time.

I could get behind that. Comedy open mic is basicly the only witness that has my vote. they have proven to be some of the best follks I have meet on steemit. I am still fishing around for others that I qould like to vote for that I think actually have the people of steemits best interests at heart. Isn't steem already listed on bitrex and binance and a couple others? What exchanged did you have in mind?

If a witness puts forth the effort and can prove that they got steem and sbd listed on some major exchanges IE coinbase for me because i hate having to buy bitcoin to exchange it for steem or sbd on binance or blocktrades then yes i would vote for them out of a sheer thank you for the convienience. Steem is already listed on a lot of exchanges though so I would prefer personally if the witnesses put more effort towards fixing the broken stuff around here. Examples are trending. Why is it not fixed ever. It looks like a dumpster fire to new and potential new users. If you bot something it should go straight to the promoted tab.

I also need to ask what does your witness bounty consist of. They get your vote if they do this or is there also a monetary amount on top of that for them to recieve?

We do not commit any money. As you know the witness voting does not cost us anything. A single vote from a dolphin or even an orca means nothing if a witness wants to get to the top 20. We are growing in size fast and so far we are worth about 1/3 of a whale vote.
My experience is that the Steemit Inc and the witnesses have no care about answering our questions and why should they? They don’t answer to us. I plan to change that with collective witness voting. Each of us has 30 votes. The first witness vote bounty is just a baby step. There are plenty of votes and challenges to accomplish. The more people that join, the faster that this effort can get underway.,
