I'm still deciding which dart gun to buy next. In reality it's between the Nerf Modulus Regulator and the Air Warriors Ultra Tek Brute. The first picture is the Regulator, the second is the Brute, and the third is the Air Warriors Snipe. I don't really want the Snipe as my next one, but for sure it will be the one I get after this.
So it's really hard to pick which one I want from the Regulator and the Brute. They are both battery powered and I think they both run off of 4 AA batteries. The Regulator is cool because it is automatic, but also can switch to 3 round burst or single fire. That feature is the reason I want to get it, but It's just a little bit more expensive than the Brute.
The Brute is automatic, but if you use the trigger right you can also do single fire. It doesn't look as cool as the Regulator, but I've seen reviews and it is more powerful than the Regulator. This gun also accepts Nerf magazines so that's a big plus. I have my 300 darts still so whichever gun I get it will have a decent amount of ammo.
I just checked the price online for this one and it looks like it's about $40. The Regulator is about the same price. I think the Brute is not being sold in stores from the looks of it. It used to cost like $25 so if the lowest price I can find is $40 I'll just buy the Regulator.
I wanted to mention the Air Warriors Snipe because that one I will get next. If these are still being sold, it's about $25 so that's not bad at all. I've seen reviews and it looks like it shoots pretty far and is pretty accurate. The only thing is it's built a little cheap, but still shoots pretty well. I probably won't get this one for a while because our yard isn't big enough to utilize this sniper. Eventually it will be cool to use, but maybe if we go to the park or something to play.
Well that is my thoughts on these guns and I'm still not sure which one I want. From the looks of it I will probably get the Regulator, but we will find out in about a week. It's supposed to be for my birthday this Saturday, but it will probably take longer to get if I have to order online. I will keep you updated in the next few days on my purchase!
