What is it?

Time for my weekly contest inspired by a game we played with the kids at my niece's birthday one year, albeit slightly more advanced. As with all my contests they are simple enough, guess right and win.

What do you have to guess?

You need to guess this image. It’s a zoomed in shot from an actual object.

This one is just tricky and not impossible, so get your guessing brain ready and give it a go. I am looking for as much detail as possible.

What am I?

HINT

This week as no one has got close, I have added an expanded macro image as part of the hint. I am manmade and would be considered as heavy although you could get versions of me that is lighter.

What do you win?

I love my nature images and this caterpillar is a fine specimen that will turn into a beautiful butterfly. Fun fact: did you know that the life cycle of a monarch is a whopping 6-8 weeks total.
