@suesa so what is the definition of direct point and total point? If you sneezed on somebody that person would get sick with 100% certainty?

Shouldn't this

A host that doesn't get sick and spread the virus is effectively useless.

be "A host that gets sick and doesn't spread the virus is effectively useless?

    Direct points are direct children in the infection graph, total points are the size of the subgraph under you.

    "that doesn't get sick AND spread the virus". My phrasing is a bit imperfect here. "gets sick and spreads" vs "gets sick and doesn't spread".
