Prisoner was sentenced to death penalty. He was given an option how he is going to die. If he told the judge a statement that was true he was going to be decapitated, and if he told the judge a statement that was false he was going to be hanged. Following day he was a free man.

WHAT DID HE SAY TO THE JUDGE THAT HE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO SET HIM FREE??
